ITEMS YOU NEED TO BRING

(Please mark your child's name on all of the things you bring to the daycare)

Each child enrolled in the daycare needs to bring a Sick Care Kit which includes the following items:

(this helps eliminate the spread of germs and also allows the daycare to act immediately when your child is not sick making it easier for you to stay at work and not have to come get your child right away).

1 can of Lysol

1 4 oz. or higher bottle of Motrin or Tylenol

1 box of Kleenex

1 roll 35mm film for camera 24 exposure (for all the pictures we take of your child throughout the year).

Babies (6 weeks-18 months)

1 soft blanket

1 small cuddle blanket

1 stuffed animal

Diapers

Formula

Baby Food

Pacifier (if needed)

2 Bottles to leave there (if formula fed)

1 package wipes

Medicine (only if needed)

Diaper Ointment

1 spare outfit

Toddler (18 months-3 years)

1 blanket to keep in their cubbies

Diapers/Pull-ups

Medicine (only if needed)

1 package of wipes

1 spare outfit

Three Year Olds

1 blanket to keep in their cubbies

4-Year Olds
